Shipping and Handling Policies

All orders dispensed from our Canadian pharmacy are shipped using Xpresspost USA. Packages shipped using Xpresspost may be tracked online by calling one of our Customer Service representatives at 1-866-412-6282 and they will be more than happy to assist you

If you wish to track the package yourself, just ask out Customer Service Representative to give you the tracking number of the package, and then navigate to the Canadapost.com website or the USPS.com website in order to track the package

Once we receive all of the necessary sign-up forms and your order has been processed (2 - 3 business days), please then allow 21 days for normal shipping times

Please ensure that you have provided us with your correct shipping information to prevent any charges for misdirected packages

RF Drugstore will ship up to a 3 month supply of medications for prescriptions that are written accordingly
