REFUND POLICY
We do NOT accept returns on medications once it has been
shipped out to you. All sales are final.
If your medications are damaged as a result of shipment,
RF Drugstore.com will replace your medications.
Only send us prescriptions that you want us to fill. By
sending us a prescription, you are agreeing to purchase
that medication.

DISPENCING POLICY
RF Drugstore.com is a licensed pharmacy in Manitoba and
will fill only valid prescriptions written by healthcare
providers licensed to prescribe medication(s) in the United
States. We will not fill any prescriptions that appear to
be altered or tampered with in any way.
We can only dispense medications in the quantities that
your doctor has prescribed. Therefore if your prescription
is written for a 30 day supply, we can only dispense that
amount. To receive a 90 day supply, your doctor must write
the prescriptions accordingly.
RF Drugstore.com will not dispense any habit forming or
narcotic pharmaceuticals, scheduled drugs or substances
that are considered controlled in your country. Our specialty
is providing chronic care medications that many people must
take to sustain or improve their life.
RF Drugstore.com can dispense up to a three-month supply
of your medication if needed. All quantities required must
be requested at the time of order and be prescribed accordingly
by your doctor.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Any and all information that you provide to RF Drugstore.com
will be held in the strictest confidence in accordance with
the pharmacy laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. This
information will not be
shared, sold, or traded to any outside entity.
REFILLS AND EXISTING CLIENTS
If a prescription that we have filled for you was written
with refills, we will be ready to fill them for you as they
are due. You will be notified by email and/or phone as your
refill date approaches or you in turn can contact us and
request your refill. We will not bill or ship the refills
unless we have received verification from you to do so.
If you are an existing customer who wants to fill additional
prescriptions you DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT THE MEDICAL HISTORY,
OR PROVIDE US WITH THE LEGAL FORMS AGAIN. Simply mail us
your prescriptions or have it faxed directly from your doctor's
office so that we can fill them. Be sure to provide your
customer number to ensure proper processing of your new
orders.
If there are any changes to either your contact information
or medical history, we ask that you be sure to inform us.
INSURANCE
We will provide you with an invoice along with your order.
We cannot submit a claim on your behalf. You must submit
your invoice to your insurance carrier for reimbursment.
You may also request a yearly statement at a cost of $5.00.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
We also accept money orders issued through your financial
institution (please call us for more details). Postal money
orders are not accepted.

credit card provider for more information.
