We provide prescription medications that are currently available
in Canada and the United States with a valid prescription
written by your attending physician. RF Drugstore will not
ship any controlled medication or medications that require
refrigeration.
2. Will you accept returns?
Unfortunately, due to Canadian pharmacy laws we are unable
to accept returns on medications once they have been shipped
out to you. All sales are final
3. How do I get my prescription filled?
After you have filled out all the necessary documents required
to register with our Canadian online pharmacy as a new customer,
you may use either of the following two methods to submit
your prescription:
a. Mail your original prescription directly to our offices
b. Have your doctor's office fax your prescription directly
to our toll free fax number at 1-888-441-7722
4. Can a prescription be filled that
has already been filled at another pharmacy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a transfer of your
prescription from a U.S. Pharmacy. We will accept new prescriptions
from your attending physician
5. Do I need to send the Legal Forms
each time I place an order?
NO. Once you have filled out the necessary customer profile,
release forms and medical history, it is not necessary to
resubmit your information.
6. How do I pay for my order?
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Money
Orders issued from YOUR Financial Institution. Please do
not send checks or postal money orders. Otherwise your order
will not be processed and your check/money order will be
mailed back to you.
**Please note: Some credit card companies charge a fee for
currency conversion. You will have to contact your credit
card provider for more information.
7. What if the medication I am looking
for is not listed on your web site?

8. What if I don't have a credit card?
No problem! You may use someone else's credit card with
their permission, however, RF Drugstore will require a signature
from the credit card holder for our records. We also accept
money orders issued from your Financial Institution (postal
money orders are not accepted). Please contact us for further
instructions regarding these options
9. Do I have to have an email address
to place an order?
No. As long as you can be reached by telephone or mail,
it is not necessary to have an email address to place an
order with RF Drugstore
10. I recently placed an order and
I can't remember what I ordered. Is there a way to check
my order?

It would be greatly appreciated if any technical difficulties

12. How long will it take to process
my order?
Please allow 2-3 business days from the time we receive
your prescription for your order to be processed. One of
our Customer Service Representatives will contact you upon
receiving your prescription to confirm your order. Once
shipped, delivery time should be approximately 21 days
13. My insurance policy covers prescription.
Will you honor my insurance policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor or process any foreign
insurance claims or policies. We will however provide you
with an invoice that you may submit to your insurance carrier.
You may also request a yearly statement at a cost of $5.00
14. Will my information be sold to
any other company?
Any and all information submitted to RF Drugstore will be
held in the strictest confidence in accordance with the
pharmacy laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada and will
not be shared, sold, or traded to any outside entity.
15. How safe is my information?
As customer confidentiality laws set forth by the Manitoba
Pharmaceutical Association bind us, any information that
you provide to us will not be seen by anyone not directly
related to the operation of our pharmacy.
16. Will you ship prescriptions to
an international address?
If you are temporarily leaving your permanent U.S. address
to an alternative international address, please contact
our offices and notify us as such. Depending on the location,
we may be able to send your medications to a temporary address
located outside of the U.S. There may be additional shipping
costs involved depending on the destination.
17. What if I haven't received my order
in 21 days?
Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-412-6262
and we will track your package for you. In the rare occurrence
that your package is not received within 21 days, RF Drugstore.com
will replace your package at no extra charge. If however,
it is determined that the package was lost due to your providing
us with an incorrect mailing address, or if you failed to
provide us with a temporary (winter/summer) address, you
will be held liable for the package and the cost to re-send
another one out to you.
18. Can another persons order be shipped
with mine in the same box?
Yes, however certain conditions apply. Please contact one

19. Are the medications I purchase
from Canada the same as the medications I purchase in the
U.S.?
Brand name medications in Canada are bio-equivalent (chemically
identical) to brand name medications in the U.S. Some of
these medications however, are named differently in Canada
even though they are the same medication. In order for a
Canadian pharmacy to fill a prescription, a medication must
be written using it's Canadian name. If a prescription is
written for for a medication that is named differently in
Canada from what the prescription calls for, we will contact
your health care provider and ask them to re-write the prescription
for you using the Canadian name for the prescribed medication.
Our Canadian pharmacy can also provide you with Generic
alternatives to brand medications that are not yet available
in the U.S., further extending your savings.

20. I'm a Medicare Part D recipient,
but am currently stuck in the coverage gap and I must pay
100% of my drug costs. Is it possible to order my medications
through your pharmacy when I'm in the coverage gap?
YES. If you have signed up for Medicare's Part D coverage
we will welcome and accept your patronage.

you reach the coverage gap portion of your drug plan is
